Dear Greg: In July 2010, I contacted Electric Shaver & Small Appliance of Lakeland concerning my Remington Micro-Screen shaver that needed repair. They told me no problem, send it to us and we will do the repair. They said it normally takes four to six weeks. I sent the shaver to them on Aug.
