A convicted sex offender who police say was seen masturbating in a Farmington Hills restaurant has been ordered to serve jail time and pay a fine.Oakland Circuit Judge Denise Langford Morris sentenced Ali Mohamed Ali, 39, on May 31 to 56 days with credit for 56 days served for disorderly person/obscene conduct, and 90 days in jail with credit for 56 days served for not complying with the state's sex offender registry.
