Police helped several victims after a fight broke out involving around 40 people in Colorado Springs. It happened Friday night just after 8 in the 1400 block of Meadow Peak View. That's near Highway 115 and S. Academy Boulevard. Officers say most people involved fled the area before they arrived. When they got there, several were treated for injuries.
