The Kiwanis Club of Utica-Shelby wants to win $25,000 through online voting to help build an "all-inclusive, multi-generational playground" at Whispering Woods Kiwanis Park in Shelby Township.The Kids at Play Project is competing for the money with other Kiwanis clubs across the country with a similar goal - to make a playground that disabled children can access in order to play with each other and with non-disabled children.
