FARMER CITY — The second of two brothers involved in the brutal death of a rural Farmer City man almost two years ago has been sentenced to 18 years in prison. Alexander Jacquart, 24, of Valders, Wis., pleaded guilty June 17 before Macon County Judge Tim Steadman to one count of dismembering a human body and one count of obstructing justice. read more
