Scranton Businessman Charged With Theft

A Scranton businessman recently released from jail after serving time for a streetlight scam faces new trouble after investigators say he took a 2006 Chevy Cobalt due to be relinquished in a woman’s bankruptcy case and treated it as his own for 19 months.
