A BART train stuck between stations in San Francisco has caused major systemwide delays. According to the regional transit system, a southbound train malfunctioned between the Civic Center and 16th Street stations around 2 p.m. Train service to Millbrae and the San Francisco International Airport has resumed, but passengers traveling to the East Bay from San Francisco should expect continuing delays.
