The Salvation Army's cold-weather homeless shelter re-opened for the season Monday evening, garnering a small crowd amid unseasonably warm temperatures. Fifty minutes after the facility opened, slightly more than 25 people had grabbed faded green floor mats and settled in for the night. Meanwhile, temperatures remained above 60 degrees outside the 505 S.
