Salt Lake City roofer falls to death through skylight by Bob Mims The Salt Lake Tribune Published Nov 1, 2012 10:27AM MDT A 51-year-old roofer died Thursday morning after he fell through a sky light atop a Salt Lake City warehouse building. Salt Lake City Fire Department spokesman Jasen Asay said the identity of the victim was being withheld pending notification of family. Asay said emergency responders were called to the scene, at 4521 W., 1980 South, just about 7:40 a.m. They found the man dead inside the warehouse after having fallen about 30 feet to the floor.
