Stories Related to Safety Checkpoint Nets Two Drug Arrests

McKINLEY NANNEY Daily Journal BOONEVILLE – A Friday night safety checkpoint north of Jumpertown led to the arrest of two Prentiss County residents on felony drug charges. According to Prentiss County Sheriff Randy Tolar, deputies set up shop Friday at the intersection of county roads 8350 and 8361. When a couple puled up and narcotics officers found drugs inside, both were arrested. Jason Randal McKinley, 37, of 450 County Road 7301, Booneville; and Corie Nanney, 23, of 545 County Road 8021, Rienzi; were arrested and charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine.
