A Royal Oak woman is suing DTE Energy Company over a fire that killed her dog and destroyed her home.Jane Seidl and Auto Club Group Insurance Company have filed the suit against DTE in Oakland County Circuit Court. They seek a sum "greatly in excess of $25,000."Erica Donerson, spokeswoman for DTE, said the company does not comment on active litigation.
