Borrowing money just got cheaper for Roseville Community Schools.Favorable rates on bonds sold in conjunction with a 2006 school bond issue will result in a savings to the school district of some $4.5 million over the next 15 years, officials said. With approval by the Roseville Board of Education, school financial officials recently completed the transaction.
