A Rockland man who police say stole a flower that he planned to give to his girlfriend faces charges of felony theft and violating bail conditions. WMTW-TV reported that Rockland police said Joshua Weston, 33, stole a purple orchid from the Hannaford supermarket in Rockland and had it in a cart filled with groceries that he also took without paying.
