Andrea Walker-Leidy was unanimously selected by the Rochester Community Schools Board of Education to fill a vacant trustee position during the April 24 special meeting. The term for the trustee appointment will continue through Dec. 31, 2018. Seven candidates initially interviewed at the board meeting and three individuals were then invited to return for a second interview before the selection was made.
