STOCKTON — A person was shot at twice Saturday morning while attempting to take photos of two robbers, police reported.Stockton police said two men robbed a man about 10:20 a.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of Raymond Avenue.The victim was going out to his vehicle when the men walked up to him and one of them put his arm around the victim’s neck, police said.
