The Defense Ministry also announces the deaths of four Afghan soldiers from what it calls a NATO airstrike.A roadside bomb probably set by Taliban insurgents killed at least 14 Afghan civilians aboard a minibus Thursday in the country's northwest, normally a relatively safe area.
