TALLAHASSEE | At the request of the Republican Party of Florida’s political director, Gov. Rick Scott’s office sent the party a lengthy list of racial minorities in May that he has appointed to various boards and positions throughout the state. The list of more than 200 includes the person’s name, race, city and political affiliation.
