PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The state Department of Transportation on Monday, June 11, plans to begin an electronic tolling system for tractor-trailers at two locations on Route 95 in southern Rhode Island, the DOT announced Monday morning.The tolls will be collected at two locations between Hopkinton and Exeter, the first about 1 mile north of Exit 2 (Hopkinton/Hope Valley) and the second about 3 miles south of Exit 5 (Route 102) near the Exeter/Richmond line.
