Rhode Island added to its recent record number of jobs in April as unemployment remained unchanged, according to the state Department of Labor and Training.Jobs in the state rose to 499,300 in April, an increase of 900 from the previous month and 7,200 from last April. The 499,300 eclipses the record of 498,900, reached in February.In all, 533,700 Rhode Islanders had jobs in April, when accounting for the Rhode Island residents who work out of state, according to the department.
