By News staffWESTPORT, Mass. (AP) -- The victim of a fatal motorcycle crash in Westport over the holiday weekend has been identified as a Rhode Island man. Police said 51-year-old Michael Joubert of Tiverton, R.I., died at a Fall River hospital following the crash at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday. Police say Joubert appeared to have lost control of his 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle at a sharp turn in the road, and ended up in the woods where he was thrown off his bike.
