(AP) -- The Rhode Island Board of Education is scheduled to discuss a private retreat, which a judge says must be at least partially open to the public if members want to discuss a controversial new graduation requirement that students pass a standardized test. In response to an ACLU lawsuit, a Superior Court judge last week ruled the board must open the part of the retreat having to do with the testing requirement or to drop it from the agenda altogether.
