FROM STAFF REPORTSARDMORE — Bill Buckner announced Tuesday will retire as president and CEO of the Noble Research Institute at the end of 2018. Buckner was selected as the top executive for the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation in 2011. In 2017, the foundation reorganized to become a nonprofit agricultural research organization, with funding support provided by a new foundation it also created that provides grants and scholarships.Read more on NewsOK.com
