Responders are on the scene of a garage fire at a two-story home south of Salmon Creek. Firefighters were dispatched about 9:30 a.m. to the 3700 block of Northeast 100th Circle. Multiple engines responded to the address. The initial crew to arrive reported that there was a working fire in the attached garage of a small, two-story home, according to emergency radio traffic monitored at The Columbian. Everyone was outside of the home when the firefighters arrived, according to the scanner. Flames were coming out of the back of the garage, according to the scanner, but about 15 minutes after the callout, a firefighter said there was no extension into the home.
