Following a shooting rampage by a United States Army sergeant who allegedly killed at least 16 civilians in southern Afghanistan, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum are saying that the United States should reassess its role in the country. "I think that weâre risking the lives of young men and women in a mission that may frankly not be doable," said Gingrich on "Fox News Sunday." "I think it's very likely that we have lost, tragically lost, the lives and suffered injuries to a considerable number of young Americans on a mission that weâre going to discover is not doable." Santorum said the recent news was a call to at least reassess the situation.

Denver would eliminate its limit on the number of needle exchange programs that can operate in the city and remove restrictions on their location under a new ordinance set for a final vote Monday. The city allows only three programs currently, but if the City Council adopts the new rules, an unlimited number of sites could open in areas zoned for medical offices.

Britt was a guest on this Sunday's State of the Union, and was asked by Tapper about her support for corrupt Trump nominee to be Attorney General, Pam Bondi, and Britt responded by ignoring Bondi's election denialism, pretending there's any reason to believe she won't politicize the department, and continuing to spreading the lie that the DOJ was politicized under Biden.
