Inspection records released Friday by the city of Oklahoma City showed problems noted in 2008 also were present when the 64-year-old bridge last was inspected in August 2014. There was no evidence yet to suggest the bridge's condition contributed to its failure, and an official with a contractors' group earlier said bridges aren't designed to withstand a side impact.
