Report: Iran Tested Advanced Nuclear Warhead

Instead, it was that narrative that quickly collapsed. The Ukrainian army proved it could slow the advance of Russia’s forces and, if not drive them out completely, then – with enough support from the West – at least forestall defeat. But nearly three years later, the outlook is again grim.

Two people were killed and a third was injured Sunday in an early morning shooting at an Aurora park, police said. Aurora police discovered the shooting around 2:15 a.m. Sunday when the injured victim walked into a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound, according to a news release from the police department. The unidentified victim told investigators the shooting happened just 20 minutes earlier, around 1:55 a.m., at Utah Park in the 1800 block of South Peoria Street, police said. When Aurora officers arrived at the park to investigate, they found two other victims who had already died from their injuries, police said. Investigators have not publicly identified any suspects but said they believe the shooting was an isolated incident among people who knew each other and that there is no threat to the public. Scattered snow showers will return to Colorado’s mountains on Monday and the storm is forecast to move into the Denver area on Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service. This wave of snow will be short and not much is expected to stick, NWS forecasters said in a Hazardous Weather Outlook.
