Report: Ex-gov Takes Responsibility For 38 Studios

Gov. Don Carcieri (kuh-CHEHR'-ee) says he'll take responsibility for the state's $75 million loan guarantee to former Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling's now-failed video game company but that it's possible 38 Studios could have been saved.
