AKRONFlag drop box dedicatedAKRON: Community members are invited to place retired American flags in a flag drop box at Resnick Community Learning Center, 65 N. Meadowcroft Drive.The drop box was dedicated on Friday in front of the building (which faces West Market Street), near the playground. Flags can be placed in the box, via a door, similar to a postal mailbox, at anytime during the day.A flag burning ceremony will be planned in the future.CANTONAnimal show at MaloneCANTON: The Malone University Zoo Education Department will host a free show featuring the school’s exotic animal collection at 3 p.m.
