A man who allegedly pulled a gun on another person at a Colorado Springs mall, then sped away from a pursing patrol car, was arrested when he stopped a red light, police said. Branden Fox was arrested after a short chase that ended at Bijou Street and Circle Drive after officers spotted his car at Chelton Road and East Platte Avenue, police said. Police said Fox sped up and turned sharply onto Bijou after he spotted a pursuing patrol car after he fled The Citadel mall around 6:15 p.m.
