The American Red Cross reports it has sent two volunteers from the Buffalo area to Boston to assist in recovery from the bombings at the Boston Marathon on Monday. Jay Bonafede of the Town of Tonawanda will fly to Boston this morning to work in public affairs. Tara Hughes of Amherst, the Red Cross state disaster mental health chairwoman, has been in Boston since Tuesday morning.
