A recount shows incumbent Judge Mark Hulsey won re-election by defeating challenger Gerald L. Wilkerson, an attorney, in the Fourth Judicial Circuit. Hulsey, who is under investigation by a state judicial panel, edged out Wilkerson by 0.4 percent or 753 votes to retain the bench in the circuit including Clay, Duval and Nassau counties, according to the Florida Divisions of Elections website Sunday. read more
