Three restaurant concepts are bringing dinner service and afternoon drinks to mountain resort towns at the peak of Colorado’s winter ski season. The owners of Tavernetta Denver, which Michelin inspectors praised on their Bib Gourmand list last year, opened a new location at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences in Vail.

When the Boulder International Film Festival debuted in 2005 with 35 films and a little more than 4,000 guests, the city of Boulder was plenty big enough to host it.
