There’s little time to rest in the summer for Carlos Hunnicutt. The Springfield High senior-to-be competed at the 2013 Speedo Western Zone Sectional Long Course Championships held at Mount Hood Aquatics in Gresham last week, and the local swimming sensation punched his ticket to Junior Nationals for the first time.
