NEW MILFORD — Mayor David Gronbach wrote on Facebook Friday morning that someone had stolen a re-election lawn sign from his front lawn — two weeks after he asked residents to let lawn signs be. In a news release and accompanying Facebook post written earlier this month, Gronbach urged residents to “be adults and set a good example.” “Please don’t trespass on someone else’s property to remove or vandalize a sign,” he wrote. Gronbach faces Republican Pete Bass in the Nov.
