Rawlins Police Shooting Under Investigation

(AP) — Police in Rawlins say officers involved in a fatal shooting at a convenience store have been placed on paid administrative leave pending an investigation into what happened. A call came in about a person believed to be selling drugs in the parking lot of a Kum & Go convenience store.
