Racketeering Suit Targets Sandoval, Safespeed

Lawrence Gress, a Downers Grove resident and lead plaintiff in the case, filed the suit Monday under the federal Racketeering, Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a law most often used to prosecute organized crime syndicates.
