Like the emotionless metal mask she wears, Marvel Comics’ Iron Maiden is something of a blank slate. The character was introduced as far back as 1982 in the pages of Marvel Fanfare as an assassin tracking Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow. We know her real name, Melina Vostokoff, and that Rachel Weisz will be playing a character with that name in the 2020 Black Widow solo film.
