Quit Before You're Fired? Court Says You May Still Get Unemployment Benefits

A New Jersey Appellate Court on Thursday ruled in her favor saying, "an employee need not wait to be fired when discharge is imminent. At that point, the employee may resign and still be eligible for benefits."
