PROVIDENCE -- A substitute teacher at Esek Hopkins Middle School saw a student with what looked like a BB gun, but didn’t report it until the next day, school officials said.The substitute teacher is now no longer working for the schools in Providence.Interim Providence schools superintendent Frances Gallo “took immediate action and the substitute was removed from all school assignments,” spokeswoman Emily Martineau said in an email.
