PROVIDENCE — Police said they are seeking an emergency closure for Seven Nightlife on Federal Hill following an early-morning shooting at the lounge Monday.Providence police Maj. David Lapatin said that police believe the men who were shot, ages 22 and 25, were targeted as they left the club located at 114 Spruce St.
