Protecting Children's Online Privacy From Corporate Data Collection

According to Matthew Liao, Director of the Center for Bioethics at NYU, by the time a child is 13 online advertising firms have collected 72 million data points about them. He speaks to CNN's Paula Newton about how to protect children's privacy online.
