Proposal To Limit Marijuana Businesses In Denver Fails

DENVER — Denver City Council members agree some neighborhoods have too many marijuana businesses. Even the industry has supported a proposal to limit growth. But The Denver Post (http://tinyurl.com/z9h693v ) reported that with a 6-6 city council vote Tuesday, the proposal failed over calls to make it stricter. City Councilwoman Robin Kniech said she would submit her proposal with changes for another vote April 18.
