LIMA — The City of Lima Engineer’s Office opened bids Wednesday on a project to build 5-foot sidewalks on both sides of Cable Road from Elm Street to Shawnee Road. The project, with a low bid of $305,000, is expected to start in April and last between a month and a half and two months.
