By Caleb Bedillion Daily Journal TUPELO – The city’s leadership is on track to tackle an old problem with a new partnership. Mayor Jason Shelton’s administration has drafted a plan to spend $22,500 to contract for six months with Mississippi United to End Homelessness, or MUTEH. Under the terms of that contract, MUTEH (pronounced like “mute” by the organization) would put a staffer in Tupelo five days a week.
