Three restaurant concepts are bringing dinner service and afternoon drinks to mountain resort towns at the peak of Colorado’s winter ski season. The owners of Tavernetta Denver, which Michelin inspectors praised on their Bib Gourmand list last year, opened a new location at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences in Vail.
