Ppl Still Not Reimbursed For Damage Caused Two Years Ago By Wayward Blimp Tether

The utility submitted one of the 35 damage claims totaling $1,572,352 to the Army after what is known as an aerostat broke from its tether at the Aberdeen Providing Grounds in Maryland on Oct. 28, 2015.
