STOCKTON — A power outage struck downtown Stockton at 3:06 p.m. today, according to Pacific Gas and Electric Co.PG&E estimated that restoration of electricity would be completed by 4:45 p.m. A crew was dispatched to determine the cause of the outage and restore service to the downtown area.Buildings affected include the downtown courthouses, the county administration building and numerous businesses and residences.The outage area stretches from [...]
