Stories Related to Poughkeepsie Man Convicted On Weapons Charge, But Not Assault

KINGSTON – An Ulster County jury convicted a Poughkeepsie man Friday of criminal possession of a weapon but could not agree on a related assault charge.Raymond Moore, 30, was found guilty of the violent felony of illegally possessing a loaded .38-caliber handgun. He was also charged with using the gun to injure a woman at 200 Fair St.
