Like, writing-this-from-my-bed-in-the-middle-of-the-day tired. Anyone else? This back-to-school business has me completely wiped out and ready for a vacation, and we’re barely two weeks in.

A Colorado Springs-area man was sentenced to 14 years’ federal imprisonment and 12 years of supervised release Wednesday for sexually abusing a child who had been in his care. Mitchel Crow, 32, was a civilian living at the U. S. Army post of Fort Carson near Colorado Springs between May and December 2020, during which time “several” incidents of abuse took place, according to a news release from the U.
