Hamilton County Republicans and the Coalition Opposed to Additional Spending and Taxes turned in about 38,000 signatures Wednesday aimed at repealing a 0.2 percentage point sales tax increase imposed by Democratic commissioners Todd Portune and Denise Driehaus.
